How we handle your information

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run this website. This page explains what that is, how we use it and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

This website is run by Tascbar Outsourcing LLP, MEAEC, State Highway 39, Library & Information Centre, Nellikunnu, Vengoor, Perinthalmanna, Kerala 679325, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Tascbar.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, phone number, the description of what you need and the budget range you choose. Only your name, email address and description are required.

When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send, along with your email address or phone number.

When you visit the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are viewed and how quickly they load. They don’t use cookies, and we can’t use them to identify you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about your project.
To keep a record of our conversations if we go on to work together.
To see how the site is used so we can improve it.

We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first.

Who else handles it

Enquiries from the contact form are stored in Google Forms, which Google runs for us. The website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides our analytics. These companies may store data on servers outside India. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete it within two years. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as we need it for the work and for our legal and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@tascbar.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
